Partner with NWGARESA to continue to develop and monitor the systematic implementation of the GPS curriculum and researched-based instructional structures and strategies.
a)       Assign an administrator to monitor each core content area.
b)       Conduct Focus Walks and observations to collect data on the implementation of the GPS/instructional frameworks and the use of an instructional framework.
c)       Administrators will share the data with the Leadership team and NWGARES SIS once a month.
d)       Administrators, Leadership Team, and NWGARESA SIS will collaborate to develop further support for implementation as identified by review and analysis of the data.
